Role Overview
We’re currently looking for our first Platform Delivery Manager in the Philippines. You will be a motivator of people, with a positive attitude and a real eye for detail, who thinks outside the box to solve a problem. You won’t be intimidated by technical systems and processes and will be willing to understand the details of what your team do, so that you can help them keep on improving. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and be someone who really enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
You will play a key role in helping the team grow and develop as the company scales globally. You’ll be responsible for providing management support to a team of Platform Delivery Consultants, implementing process improvements, and reviewing and feeding back on performance, to drive improvements in the overall delivery capability of the team.

Responsibilities
- Provide management support to a team of Platform Delivery Consultants.
- Provide guidance to the team ensuring that processes are followed correctly to drive quality and performance improvements.
- Drive positive change and efficiencies through process improvement and change management.
- Introduce people management techniques that enable measurable KPI setting.
- Driving forward best practice to ensure Benefex quality standards are always met.
- Coordinate with peers and stakeholders across the business.
- Manage performance and productivity of the team members.
- Maintaining confidentiality within all aspects of the job
- Experienced people management skills, including matrix management.
- Experience in project management, evidence of delivering customer facing techncial projects.
- Experience in coaching and training team members.
- Proven customer facing skills, being a point of escalation for customers whilst also being able to instil best consulting practices into teams.
- Experience matrix managing technical teams, ideally in software/techncial implementation environment.
- Experience in service delivery, providing high levels of service to customers and working to strict SLA's. ITIL certification a nice to have.
- Data driven decision making, using data to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, internally with teams and stakeholders as well as externally with customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Autonomous, able to manage your own workload and prioritise.
