The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on sales activities conducted over the phone, email, or online platforms. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to meet targets, drive revenue, and contribute to the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Generate Leads & Build Opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, and generating leads through cold calls, emails, and virtual strategies.
- Prospecting: Regularly reach out to decision-makers at restaurants Milagro’s all-in-one restaurant platform.
- Sales Discovery: Run effective discovery meetings with prospects to uncover pain points, present the company’s solutions, and close deals.
- Quota-Driven Execution: You’ll work towards a monthly sales quota by self-generating business. Hitting your numbers consistently will be your top priority.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and manage customer data and sales pipeline in our CRM system.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze sales activity and refine your process to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience in Sales with deep understanding of the sales process.
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of CRM software for managing leads and deals.
- Mindset: A can-do attitude with a desire to build something and grow with the company.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with clients remotely
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Full-time position; Graveyard (US Central Time)
- Location: Onsite (Cebu IT Park)
