PLANNING ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Architecture
• License Architect
• With at least 5 years of working experience in design and planning coordination and project implementation
• Self-starter and keen to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Windows application

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and planning coordination with Consultants
• Project implementation coordination with Construction Team
• Analyze drawings for value engineering and clash-free implementation
• Abreast with the industry's design technologies
• Budget and contract management with Consultants
• Internal coordination with Business Development, Marketing and Permitting
