We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Performance Manager to join our growing Real Estate Marketing Tech company. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service. This is a challenging role where you’ll need to balance competing priorities, solve complex client issues, and consistently deliver results that exceed expectations. You’ll play a key part in making sure our clients not only love working with us but also see real value in the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data from client accounts to create detailed analytical reports. Present key insights and performance metrics to both internal teams and clients in a clear, concise manner, using data to drive strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Account Management Extraordinaire: Take charge of managing a portfolio of client accounts—understand their business goals, anticipate their needs, and help them get the most out of our services.
- Onboarding and Ongoing Support: Guide clients through smooth onboarding and be their go-to resource for ongoing support, making sure they feel confident and excited about using our solutions.
- Service Delivery Coordination: Work closely with our talented internal teams to ensure our services are delivered smoothly, and any challenges are tackled head-on.
- Keep the Pulse on Performance: Regularly check in on account performance, report key metrics, and spot any potential issues before they arise. We’re all about being proactive!
- Problem-Solver: When issues pop up, you’ll roll up your sleeves, collaborate across departments, and get things back on track—keeping clients happy is your superpower.
- Growth and Retention Focused: Spot opportunities to grow accounts and introduce clients to additional services that can benefit their business. Your mission is not just retention, but also delighting clients with more of what we offer.
- Contract Management: Help with negotiations and renewals, making sure everything aligns with the client’s needs and our company goals.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest tech trends and developments so you can always bring fresh insights to your clients and help them stay ahead of the game.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role, ideally in a tech or service environment.
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of tech and marketing services, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you’re a natural “people person” who loves helping others succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple clients while keeping the experience fun and personalised.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and other account management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities—you can think on your feet and keep cool under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, fun, and fast-paced environment.
- Lives in a location outside of natural disasters and electrical disruptions
- Strong internet connection
