Join our People and Culture team in this exciting opportunity as a People Experience Team Manager. You will support the People and Culture manager in the day-to-day operational management of the People Experience team ensuring a high level of customer service to the business, including providing leadership, coaching and oversight to the People Experience cohort to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.

What role will you play?
You will act as the primary escalation point for People Experience-related concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution and quality assurance. You will also foster a positive, high-performance team culture where People Experience employees feel supported, valued, and engaged, promoting a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing among the People Experience community.
In collaboration with the Head of People Experience, you will work to enhance operational efficiency across People Experience Services, including maintaining the integrity of HR data by monitoring, validating and correcting data issues. You will provide subject matter expert support on project initiatives, enhancements and updates, including completing User Acceptance Testing, implementation and embedment activities within the Services team. Your role will also involve the delivery of product-aligned People Experience services at the highest level and management of team escalations for product streams.

What You Offer
- A comprehensive understanding of HR principles, including employment legislation, talent management, reward processes, and HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in human resource systems and relevant software with high attention to detail
- Experience overseeing HR Help Desk operations, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data management and decision-making
- Experience in driving People Solutions strategy initiatives and optimising HR business processes, with systems like ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
- Effective communication, emotional intelligence and decision-making skills
- A strong risk management mindset, promoting vigilance, accountability and mitigation strategies
- Ability to maintain positive engagement and collaborative relationships within the team.
