We are looking for a motivated and organized General Virtual Assistant to provide support in our daily operations. In this role, you will help streamline operations, manage various tasks, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, capable of handling a variety of administrative and support tasks with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments
  • Manage email correspondence and ensure communication flows smoothly between team members and clients
  • Assist in social media management, including content creation, posting, and engagement tracking
  • Support project management activities by tracking progress, organizing files, and preparing reports as needed
  • Conduct online research to gather information on various topics that may benefit the team and clients
  • Utilize various software tools to enhance productivity, including project management platforms and communication applications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
  • Familiarity with online project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
