About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)

For our EU teams:

• Serve as the first level of contact for resolution of people operations requests and queries
• Execute on all transactions within the employee lifecycle, including: contract creation, documentation updates, documentation requests, offboarding
• Support the ongoing update of internal team tools and databases
• Maintain accurate HR records within our HRIS, as well as that of our EOR contractors.
  
  
  

Globally, you will own the administration of our global onboarding programs, including:

• scheduling onboarding sessions
• liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure all new starters have a seamless pre-boarding and onboarding experience (i.e. with hiring managers, with the IT team, with office/people teams in different regions for desk set-up)
• auditing and updating onboarding materials and processes as needed.
  
  
  

You will also support the People Team with ad hoc requests and initiatives.

About You (Who You Are)

• You have 1-2 years of prior experience in an HR or Onboarding Administrator role.
• You’re proactive and have a solutions-focused mindset.
• You can prioritise and manage your time effectively.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You’re able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Preferred, not essential: You have experience working with BambooHR, Deel, and/or in UK-based organisations.
