What daily challenges are waiting for you?
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Take care of Candidate Experience and contribute to building a strategy aimed at enhancing the overall candidate
- journey and brand perception.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
HR Operations & Administration
- Support performance management cycles, engagement initiatives etc.
- Support day-to-day HR inquiries from employees in the Philippines.
- Work closely with People Partners (e.g., Ania and Michał) to align recruitment efforts with broader HR strategies and objectives.
What you need to be successful in this role?
- Recruiting Experience: A minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of best practices and techniques.
- Language Proficiency: fluent English (written and spoken).
- Business Maturity: Demonstrated maturity and professionalism in handling recruitment processes, including interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail and Time Management: Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent time management and prioritization skills, to effectively manage multiple recruitment tasks and deadlines.
