SPX Express - Area First Mile (Cavite Area)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Managing day to day FM operations for the area
• Managing day to day lead time and success rate
• Coordinating with hubs within the area in overseeing FM operations
• Managing timely pickup based on seller preference with due diligence of achieving best seller experience
• Monitoring of shunting truck usage, AM & RR pick up & concerns, and RTS dispatch
• Monitoring of Ops clock compliance
• Managing key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
• Managing equal route distribution towards target truck/rider productivity set by Management
• Audit and validate operational SOP are being met
• Support Hub opening/closing for FM driver/riders/backroom deployment
• Support and resolves escalations and shall be able to provide long & short term solutions
• Responsible for area FM lead time, seller requests and performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance report
• Other tasks related to the FM operations of the Hubs

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated area
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
