Learning and Development Manager
You will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning programs that build capabilities, empower careers, and drive organizational excellence. You will champion a strong learning culture, introduce innovative solutions, and partner with leaders to position people development at the heart of our business strategy.
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will
- Develop, review, and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational and global initiatives.
- Design and deliver high-quality, cost-effective learning programs based on leadership and functional competencies.
- Create training profiles for critical business roles, covering both mandatory and elective learning.
- Introduce best practices and innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and business performance.
- Lead the Learning Academy across functions, ensuring effective design, execution, and maintenance.
- Provide thought leadership in instructional design, learning delivery, and talent analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally to deliver integrated L&D solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
- Support people managers in coaching, career planning, and employee development.
- Manage L&D budgeting, financial administration, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the P&C Integrated Talent Management team on talent initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (L&D design certification is a plus).
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, business partnering, and managing learning academies in complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in competency-based development strategies and measuring effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Proven track record in L&D strategy, instructional design, project management, and consulting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, Advanced Excel) is an advantage
- IWS expertise in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
