Your Role
- Payroll data entry
- Processing of multi-state payroll
- Reviewing, uploading and auditing time and attendance and other payroll data to ensure accuracy and proper recording of all the files.
- Provide support and resolution to all payroll inquiries.
- Generate and provide assistance to payroll reporting tasks.
- Assist with creating payroll checklists, SOPs and other payroll guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in US Payroll processing.
- Required: Experience in using ADP Vantage
- Required: General knowledge of US Payroll Tax processing
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle payroll information with confidentiality.
- Excellent organization and planning skills, collaboration and partnering skills.
- Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
- Amenable to Work On-Site in MOA, Pasay City.
