Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant to support an Australian client onsite. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, reporting, and compliance. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with international payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll based on Australian standards
- Review and validate employee records, timesheets, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and legal requirements
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Address payroll-related inquiries and concerns
- Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information
- Coordinate with internal teams and client for issue resolution
- At least 5 to 7 years of payroll experience (preferably international)
- Not currently or previously in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with payroll systems/software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to follow Australian holidays
- 20 General Leave Credits - Unused credits may be converted to cash at the end of the calendar year.
- HMO Coverage + 1 Dependent
- Direct collaboration with an Australian client
- Training provided by the client
- Fixed dayshift schedule | Weekends off
