In this role, your mission is to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely underwriting operations. You will make a direct impact by:

• Processing and issuing commercial policy transactions like endorsements, new business, renewals, and cancellations.
• Verifying policy data accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining complete underwriting documentation.
• Communicating effectively with underwriters, brokers, and other teams to meet service standards.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field, and/or 2+ years of relevant industry experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to develop an understanding of basic exposure/control analysis and insurance coverage

Non-Negotiables:

• Night shift availability (11 PM–8 AM PH Time)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to self-manage workload and meet underwriting goals

Bonus Points:

• Service-oriented mindset with a high level of responsiveness
• Experience working in a fast-paced, documentation-heavy environment
