As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate employee documentation, database management, and timely administration of benefits and payroll in compliance with policies and regulations in the Philippines.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the on-time documentation of employee movements (onboarding, regularization, transfers and promotion documentation and approval), employee database management and maintenance of employee files to ensure accuracy, data integrity and delivery of HR services. Ensures timely, effective and consistent administration of company benefits according to policies and/or regulations and legislation.
  • Coordinates communication of HRIS and Benefits policies to employees and other groups, as well as with third party benefit providers in the delivery of company benefits and work with external payroll provider on monthly and annual payroll payments and reporting.
  • Facilitates the New Employee Orientation (NEO) as part of the on-boarding process.
  • Prepares communication materials for HR guidelines and announcements.
  • Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of the HR Group’s objectives.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or other business-related course.
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in Payroll and Benefits.
  • Knowledge of statutory monetary benefits and local payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
