Payroll Associate

The Payroll Associate is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payroll in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee satisfaction and financial integrity by handling compensation-related tasks such as calculating wages, withholding taxes and deductions, and preparing paychecks. The Payroll Associate will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and department heads to ensure payroll records are accurate and up to date.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing or general accounting.
• Experience in using payroll systems/software is an advantage.
• proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or local payroll tools.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background and internship exposure may also be considered.
