As a Payroll Assistant, you will:
- Manages Payroll Manager Report in Wellsky daily.
- Reviews Payroll Manager Report and prepares payroll summary report for each clinician and contractor.
- Answering questions and resolving payroll-related issues timely
- Ensures employees and contractors are compensated accurately and timely.
- Reconciling clinicians' and contractors’ invoices with patient summary list to ensure accurate payment. Inform clinicians and contractors of unpaid visits.
- Process payment for show-up pay, pay-ex, PTO, in-service, orientation, and other administrative charges by clinicians and contractors.
- Process payment for mileage and cell data charges by clinicians.
- Updates payroll records or information in Wellsky.
- Reviews and posts daily insurance electronic remittances in Wellsky
- Answering phones/emails timely
- Any other tasks assigned
Non-negotiables
- 1+ years of experience in payroll administration
- Degree in Accounting/Managerial Accounting or related field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in the English language with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially EXCEL
