Responsibilities
- Host daily live-stream sessions on the TikTok platform to promote the brand and its products. Your goal is to increase followers, improve conversion rates, raise average order values, and boost overall sales.
- Engage with viewers during live sessions, create a positive atmosphere, and encourage real-time interaction to increase fan activity and retention.
- Stay updated with ongoing store campaigns and product features. Use this knowledge to conduct engaging, informative, and persuasive livestreams.
- Adhere to platform guidelines and company policies. Consistently meet the required number of live-stream sessions and minimum streaming hours.
- React quickly and appropriately to unexpected situations during live sessions. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a quick-thinking, adaptable attitude
- Prior livestreaming experience is an advantage
- With pleasing personality, professional appearance, and a clear, engaging voice
- Passionate about live streaming, with a proactive mindset and strong professional work ethic
- Confident on-camera presence and enjoys interacting with people and building connections online
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
