Role

In this role, your mission is to maintain accuracy and efficiency in payroll documentation and processing. You will make a direct impact by:

• Uploading and verifying timesheets and related contracts in Eclipse for timely payroll processing
• Ensuring all expense and invoice documents are complete, accurate, and properly categorized
• Managing the timesheet email inbox and following up on aged debts as needed
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• 1–2 years of payroll administration or related experience in a fast-paced, contract-driven environment
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Xero accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Day shift availability (8 AM–5 PM PH Time)
• Onsite presence in Cebu City (IT Park)
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
