Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Part-time) | Dayshift

Company: GoTeam (Great Place to Work Certified – 4 Years)

Location & Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City)

Work Schedule: Dayshift | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PH Time

Salary: Up to PHP 22,000

Summary (Why This Role Matters)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and documentation processes. At GoTeam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of payroll-related information while maintaining strong connections with our clients. This role offers an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment, enhancing our client experience through precise payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload timesheets and ensure all relevant information is present and accurate within contracts on Eclipse.
  • Verify expense information is complete and attached.
  • Check that all flights, car, and accommodation invoices are uploaded correctly and categorized appropriately within the system.
  • Upload invoices for doctors being paid.
  • Potentially process the first stage of timesheet processing through Eclipse.
  • Follow up on aged debts for the business as needed.
  • Manage the timesheet email inbox.

Skills & Experience (Overview)

  • Experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficient in data import and organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a contract or fast-paced company dealing with various documentation.
