Payment Solutions Intern

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Payment Solutions Intern to join our growing business!

• Support the Payments Solutions team and other tax teams in managing and ensuring the
• accuracy of finance-related vendor data, including Vendor Invoices and Form 2307 collection and validation.
• Assist the Payments Solutions team in resolving merchant invoice and payment issues by receiving concerns, analyzing cases, implementing solutions, and maintaining communication with business partners.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document cases and incidents.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent organizational abilities and a strong personal work ethic.
• A genuine desire to make an impact in a fast-growing organization and collaborate with an agile team.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) or equivalent productivity tools.
• Willingness to report to the foodpanda PH head office in BGC.
