Job Description
The Partnership Portfolio Manager drives the management and growth of strategic partnerships by nurturing existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and co-developing innovative customer offers. This role ensures the delivery of key Marketing KPIs by aligning partner collaborations with business objectives, optimizing deal execution, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Job Description
The Partnership Portfolio Manager drives the management and growth of strategic partnerships by nurturing existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and co-developing innovative customer offers. This role ensures the delivery of key Marketing KPIs by aligning partner collaborations with business objectives, optimizing deal execution, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Nurtures and maintains good relationship with existing partnerships and forges partnerships with potential partners
- Ensures deal negotiations are commercially viable using the best practices from the team
- Monitors and manages the execution of projects and programs.
- Provides solutions and recommendations as necessary to concerned support groups (e.g. segments, partners)
- Escalates issues and recommends solutions to address issues to other groups as necessary
- Monitors the implementation and results of go to market initiatives
- Identifies opportunity areas by:
- Collaborating with BU, COE, and internal MSP team
- Keeps tabs for trends on partnerships, marketing, and innovations .
- Initiates business development initiatives with existing and potential partners
- Ensures collaboration and oversight on cross functional initiatives with partners and various internal stakeholders
- Ensures to regularly assess and review partnerships in collaboration with the Partnership LifeCycle Management Team
- Closely collaborates with relevant teams to ensure partnership operations are supported
- Escalates to the Portfolio Head critical, high-risk, high-impact, or sensitive issues
