Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various businesses of the bank to develop programs to deliver customer metrics on increasing customer value, customer profitability and reducing churn by employing loyalty program
  • Leads the process of acquiring, negotiating and maintaining an active portfolio of rewards that are relevant to customers and profitable for the bank.
  • Manage the overall business relationship with partners, focused on acquiring, managing, and expanding the impact of each partnership to business growth.
  • Manages the marketing budget for the partnership and work closely with CRM and marketing teams across unibank to develop marketing strategies to support the program objectives.
  • Conducts performance reviews with each partner
  • Collaborate with customer segment and across unibank to develop marketing strategies to support the program objectives

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of solid experience in external relationships building and customer service in loyalty marketing.
  • Should also have strong experience in budgeting and negotiation with partners.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across various businesses of the bank.
  • Able to work through ambiguity. High problem solving skill. High verbal and written communication skills.
