We are seeking a digitally savvy and experienced marketing mind to strengthen our relations with the Key Opinion Leaders and affiliates as well as execute our social media strategies and creative campaigns. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. A KOL and Affiliate Specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to build relationships with KOL, Affiliate, media, and third party agencies.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, affiliate and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
  • Research and identify KOL/affiliate across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
  • Reaching and building a KOL and affiliate network for multiple social media.
  • Implement KOL and affiliate engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL and affiliates in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Plan and report budget, ROI, timeline, and result.
  • Handle the product knowledge/ document/ sample that will be given to KOL/Affiliate
  • Manage Affiliate page and tools
  • Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
  • Onboard and manage KOLs with different tiering and reach across various categories.
  • Grow list of existing KOLs database. Establish & maintain relationship with KOLs.
  • Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOLs according to brand requirements.
  • Negotiate costs with KOLs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Analyze & monitor KOL/affiliate performances.
  • Plan & execute affiliate & influencer marketing campaigns.

We expect you to:

  • Working knowledge of B2C, B2B, SaaS, influencer and affiliate best practices and trends.
  • Actively involved in launching new products, experience in developing product marketing campaigns, setting, and meeting strategic campaign goals and objectives.
  • Strong background in affiliate and influencer marketing programs and demand generation.
  • Have familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and measure influencer/affiliate performance, analyze data, and derive insights for optimization.
  • Have familiarity with marketing technology tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
  • Have the ability to identify challenges and find creative solutions to affiliate/influencer marketing problems.
  • Have experience related to collaboration with the marketing and sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation.
  • Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience as KOL and Affiliate Specialist
  • Have a huge database of Nano, Micro, Macro, Mid-tier, Mega KOL in ASEAN and GCC is a plus
  • Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving
  • Strong planning skills for any kind of campaigns
  • Having good and extensive networking with KOL/communities
  • Able to measure social media engagement
  • Responsible, honest, ambitious and attention to details and organized
  • Target-oriented
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • A curiosity around personas, their challenges, behaviors, as well as data trends that draw conclusions and insights from those trends.
  • Combination of strategic affiliate/influencer marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Excellent english: written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, complemented with creative thinking.
  • Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and work best under pressure.
  • Experience with both early-stage products and established products.
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to working on influencer and affiliate marketing programs for global markets preferred.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry – plus point.
