Overview

Our team supports externally, Atlassian Partners, and internally, the Partner Field, Development, and Programs team. The Sales Operations Team Lead leads a team responsible for execution of operational processes in support of Atlassian's Partner Program organization globally as a shared service.

In this role, you'll get to

  • Oversee day-to-day management of our Partner Programs as a hands-on manager
  • Ensure team of Partner Program Support specialists are achieving and exceeding internal KPIs
  • Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze the Partner experience and internal efficiency, including Partner SLAs and support volumes
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to provide operational expertise to scale to initiatives by the Business Process Analysts and Partner team
  • Handle internal escalations in a timely manner and expedite resolution of problems as they arise
  • Maintain operational reporting, ICFR documentation and delivery of executive updates
  • Drive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems


Qualifications

More about you

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Channel supporting Partners
  • College degree or equivalent tertiary education
  • Proficient with Excel, Google Sheet and Salesforce
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work/influence across organizational boundaries
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, and capable of explaining complex concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve in complex situations with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrable evidence of work accountability
  • Has led or participated in process improvement projects, has the ability to think outside of the box to improve manual processes
  • Team player


It would be great if you also have..

  • Experience with SOX Controls or in a controls environment
  • Experience in the enterprise software industry
  • Experience in using Coupa
