As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience for our customers. Your Day Could See You
- Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, assisting them with placing orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Utilize the CRM to input customer orders with precision, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
- Offer information about menu items, promotions, and specials to customers to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Recommend additional items or upgrades to customers to enhance their order and increase sales.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner to resolve issues and maintain customer loyalty.
- Adhere to provided scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication and service quality.
- Document customer interactions, orders, and feedback accurately in the system for reference and tracking purposes.
- Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives and team leaders to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Customer service experience
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and calls simultaneously.
- Comfortable using phone systems, CRM software, and other technology tools to manage calls and orders.
- Collaborative mindset
- Flexible schedule availability as per business requirements
- Achievement of pre-defined KPIs and SLAs.
