We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to support our in-house legal team in a fast-paced environment, working with global teams and gaining international exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance & Secretary Support: Assist in corporate governance, including drafting and filing corporate documents, preparing board resolutions, assisting with any registrations or filings with any regulatory authorities and maintaining corporate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contract Management: Review, draft, and manage basic legal agreements such as NDAs and service contracts. Ensure proper execution and maintenance of contracts in the company’s contract repository.
- Legal Administrative Support: Manage legal documentation, organize contracts, track legal requests, and handle correspondence with external counsel. Provide administrative support to the in-house legal team, including scheduling and document management.
- Legal Operations: Support legal workflow management, track compliance with internal procedures, assist in improving legal processes, and ensure timely completion of legal tasks under pressure.
- Global Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal and business teams across different regions to ensure consistency and coordination in legal matters, contributing to international projects.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or similar role, with a focus on corporate governance, legal document review, regulatory filings and administrative support.
- Education: Legal training or education (law degree, legal management, political science, or equivalent qualifications preferred). Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in legal documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external parties, including global teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- International Exposure: Experience working in an international or cross-regional team setting, with familiarity navigating the dynamics of global operations.
