Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Operations position at Flower Chimp. The Junior Operations role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to operations management and project management. This includes coordinating and managing sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of orders, and communicating with team members and customers.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
Sales experience or understanding of sales operations
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the floral or e-commerce industry is a plus
