This position is responsible for providing technical and supervisory support to the Corporate Secretarial and Compliance pillar, assisting the pillar head for Governance and Compliance in ensuring a service-oriented and professional working environment by supervising the performance of the team members and executing necessary actions for their development. He/she assists the team in ensuring that the Group is fully compliant with the regulatory requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Philippine Stock Exchange, and other similar regulatory bodies.
He/she shall serve as the team’s expert on stock transfer matters, supervising the paralegals in the management of the 1AP Group’s stock and transfer records. As needed, he/she will as well assist in the performance of corporate secretarial, housekeeping, and board secretariat functions for assigned AboitizPower business units (BUs).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year related course
