Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects and leads
- Engage potential customers with clear, confident, and compelling communication
- Research prospects and gather market intelligence using internet tools
- Identify and qualify leads for sales or business development follow-up
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline growth
- At least 1-3 years experience doing outbound calls/inside sales/lead generation
- Street-smart, adaptable, and fast learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Internet-savvy and strong research abilities
- Eagerness to grow into a sales or business development role
- Prior experience in inside sales for the North American market is a plus
- Experience in a call center or outbound sales environment
- Familiarity with sales tools or CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Amenable to working a graveyard shift and flexible in working onsite/hybrid setup.
