Outbound Sales Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating interest in our services, and creating opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and skilled in communication, with a proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
• Present company products and services to generate interest and build strong connections.
• Qualify leads and set appointments or forward opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and prospecting strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to strengthen outreach efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
• Proficiency with tools such as CloudTalk and MagicJack.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Must be currently based in the Philippines.
• Flexible with working hours.
