About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and driven Sales Representative to succeed in an outbound environment. In this role, you will be connecting with people who aren't expecting your call, so confidence, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for engaging with others are key.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• 2+ years of experience in Telemarketing, Direct Outbound Sales, or Appointment Setting
• Excellent English speaking and articulation skills
• A charismatic and assertive approach to conversations
• A driven and ambitious mindset with a focus on achieving goals
• Comfort initiating conversations with people who have not been expecting your call
• Amenable to working onsite in our Cebu City Office: IT Park, Cebu City

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Outbound calling from a provided list to set qualified appointments
• Leading conversations confidently with new contacts
• Maintaining high energy and engagement across multiple calls
• Driving conversations intentionally toward booking appointments and achieving targets
• Adapting your communication style to different personalities
• Keeping your tone energetic and engaging, not robotic or monotone
