Schedule: Night Shift
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to identify, qualify, and connect with potential clients
- Build relationships with prospects and initiate meaningful sales conversations
- Generate new business opportunities through online research, social media, and other platforms
- Provide accurate sales support, including draft quotes, take-offs, and pricing estimates
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and coordinate follow-ups
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, client interactions, and sales pipeline data
- Support the cleansing and maintenance of CRM data to ensure accuracy and usability
- Assist in contract discussions or negotiations as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement
- Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound sales, customer support, or sales coordination (B2B/B2C)
- Proven ability to prospect leads and initiate sales conversations independently
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite during night shift hours
