Location / Shift Angeles Office, Evening Shit NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description a B2B company seeking a motivated and organized Marketing & Business Development Professional to help grow our footprint in occupational hearing and respiratory health safety services, products and programs. This dual-function role combines marketing creativity with business development execution — helping us attract, engage, and convert prospective clients through both digital channels and outbound efforts. You’ll work closely with the Sales/Marketing Director to maintain consistent marketing communications, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for our sales department. This role is dynamic and will evolve as the company grows. Key Responsivities Business Development Activities

    • Make outbound calls to prospects, updating contact info and setting qualified appointments for Sales.
    • Manage inbound inquiries (phone, email, website, social media).
    • Target: set 8 new qualified* appointments per week (mix of inbound and outbound).
    • Maintain clear notes in Salesforce including contact details, next activity, requests and promises.
    • Support the Sales team by sending follow-up information, documentation and other tasks as needed.Must meet definition of New Qualified Lead, based on details including: existing relationship with Anadyne, company geographical location, at-risk employee group size, contact details secured Typical Call Flow: - 5 dials = 1 conversation; - 5 conversations = 1 appointment; - Approx. 200 dials per week expected to hit above matrix.
Marketing Activities

    • Prospect Research: Identify and document potential client companies and key contacts.
    • CRM Management: Keep contact and company details accurate and current in Salesforce.
    • Brand Awareness: Consistently promote Anadyne through online and offline marketing channels (including phone, Anadyne website, LinkedIn, emails) Content & Blog Management
    • Conduct a monthly strategy call with the Sales/Marketing Director.
    • Write and post 2–4 SEO-optimized blog articles each month (by the 7th).
    • Submit posts to Google and Bing for indexing.
    • Blog topics rotate periodically between: Occupational Hearing Conservation & Testing, Respiratory health and Safety, and Custom Hearing Protection.Each post should use target keywords such as: mobile hearing testing, OSHA hearing testing, respirator fit testing, respirator clearance surveys, custom hearing protection, etc..

  • Publish 2–4 article-style posts on Anadyne’s LinkedIn page monthly mirroring blog post, linking back to the website to boost engagement and SEO.     • Clean and reconcile email lists monthly, ensuring all bounced or outdated contacts are updated or removed from the CRM.
