As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you’ll have a vital role in engaging with homeowners, offering them free roof inspections, and educating them on how to protect their most important asset—their home. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses, offering free roof inspections.
• Engage and build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
• Schedule appointments for the field sales team to conduct inspections.
• Follow up on leads using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Achieve daily/weekly goals for outbound calls and appointments booked.
• Deliver excellent customer service, answering questions and educating potential clients about our services.
• Other customer service support per business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, outbound sales, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and dialing tools.
• Bonus: Experience in roofing, home improvement, or related industries is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to work from the Antipolo office.
