Qualifications

 Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or any related field.

 At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative work, or customer service.

 Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and organize multiple documents and sales files.

 Capable of handling clerical tasks, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Executive.

 Must be customer-focused, with a courteous and helpful attitude.

 Able to handle client inquiries and assist the sales team in addressing customer concerns.

 Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

 Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

 Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak retail seasons, if necessary.

Salary Range: 15,000 to 16,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
