We are hiring for an Order Entry Specialist who will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end process of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role involves accurately entering and verifying orders, maintaining detailed and organized documentation, and effectively communicating with customers and internal teams.

Work Schedule: Graveyard

Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s database, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
  • Order Verification: Verify order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and shipping details, to minimize errors and discrepancies.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm orders, address inquiries, and provide updates on order status.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all records and documentation.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of all orders, invoices, and related documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, production, and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns related to orders promptly and professionally, working to find solutions that meet both customer needs and company standards.

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years experience in order entry, data entry, or a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management software or databases preferred.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaborative within a team environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment
  • Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
  • Processor: Core i5 or higher
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
  • Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
  • Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption.
