Your Role

As an Operations/IT Specialist, you will:

• IT Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for computer systems, browsers, and general IT issues. Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensure smooth operation of office technology
• System Management: Maintain and update software and systems used by the company. Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing daily business operations, including process optimization, workflow management, and administrative tasks.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation related to IT procedures and operational processes. Generate reports as needed to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment and service needs. Manage procurement and track expenses.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their technology and operational needs. Provide training and support to staff on new systems and tools.
• Training Duties: train people on how to use general MS programs, teach best email practices and how to be efficient.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience: Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with a background in business operations. Experience in a travel or related industry is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to work both remotely and on-site.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, browsers, and general IT troubleshooting. Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
