Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update database of all transactions reported as confirmed fraud.
• Maintain a database of all transactions screened through the fraud tool.
• Perform validation of the system's voiding procedure of rejected bookings.
• Tag bookings as accepted in Skyspeed after review of the booking by the Risk Management team.
• Answer queries of frontliners regarding bookings still under review. Update database for credit card verification and fraud related details. Send Under collection report to stations.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-Year related to Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalent
  
  

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
