Your Role
As an Operations Support Officer (Customer Service), you will:
The role ensures that all relevant documentation & support is given to customers during the life-cycle of their vehicle. All payments and transactions are processed accurately and within the timeframe, including all problems are resolved with customer safety, satisfaction, and company risk mitigation as a priority.

Your Role
As an Operations Support Officer (Customer Service), you will:
The role ensures that all relevant documentation & support is given to customers during the life-cycle of their vehicle. All payments and transactions are processed accurately and within the timeframe, including all problems are resolved with customer safety, satisfaction, and company risk mitigation as a priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering, cancelling, reissuing or other management activities related to fuel card.
- Ordering, cancelling, reissuing or other management activities related to E-tags
- Ordering, cancelling, reissuing or other management activities related to Motorpass cards
- The facilitation, set up and administration of the Mini-lease product
- Timely payment and processing of vehicle registrations and transport tolls
- Management and allocation of driver infringement notices to ensure no infringement is left.
- Processing of payments and other transaction as required from time to time.
- Dispatch/Ordering of driver pack information to designated collection points across Australia.
- Support the sales and maintenance team with the management and identification of vehicle safety recalls
- Performance of other analysis or adhoc tasks as requested by management
- Participation in improvement activities or projects on an adhoc basis.
Non-negotiables
- A minimum of 2 yearsof experience working in a professional
- Demonstrable experience in a document processing function
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City.
- Experience in Fleet Management.
- Experience working and communicating with government agencies.
