Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree /or equivalent;
- Experienced in documentation of Real Estate projects;
- Proficient in computer applications;
- Team player with positive attitude;
- Above average in verbal and written communication skills;
- Good attention to detail Self starter ;
- Can work with minimal supervision
Tasks & responsibilities
- - Assist Operations Dep't. in documentation & processing of accounts in LGU's;
- - Assists and coordinates with Liaison Officers in all related title transfer process & requirement of accounts;
- - Prepares, monitors, update reports on a daily basis;
