Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree /or equivalent;
• Experienced in documentation of Real Estate projects;
• Proficient in computer applications;
• Team player with positive attitude;
• Above average in verbal and written communication skills;
• Good attention to detail Self starter ;
• Can work with minimal supervision

Tasks & responsibilities

• - Assist Operations Dep't. in documentation & processing of accounts in LGU's;
• - Assists and coordinates with Liaison Officers in all related title transfer process & requirement of accounts;
• - Prepares, monitors, update reports on a daily basis;
