What The Day Will Look Like

  • Monitor the use / access of various business teams : Broking Team, Account Management Team, Business Development Team
  • Responsible for Plan Management QA checks on a regular basis (clean-up phase : weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure Plan Management data quality reaches the satisfied threshold % defined by Health Solutions Business Leader
  • Facilitate review of the QA result after client renewal and new business
  • Maintain data dictionary for TBS plan set-up
  • Maintain monthly TBS Explorer reports per identified Industry
  • Provide guidance to TBS Users on the functionalities and capabilities
  • Coordinate with Broking Team regarding TBS Insurer Access
  • Participate in TBS Explorer testing requirements (regression, upgrades)
  • Facilitate Monthly Huddles with various HS Teams (Broking Team, Account Management Team, Business Development Team) related to TBS Explorer requirements
  • Maintain Health Solutions Client Masterlist while coordinating with Account Management Team, Broking Team and BD Team
  • Prepare monthly HS renewal list and upload in Smartsheet
  • Main contact for Smartsheet issues
  • Support in various Operational Excellence requirements (agree TATs with various Insurance Providers, reviee and documentation of processes)
  • Manage Client RFPs as needed including client presentations
