- Inventory Management
- Verifies the completeness and condition of delivered items and inspects the product for damage or breakage (e.g. products, office supplies, fixed assets, etc)
- Supervises and accounts for product inventories.
- Implements good warehousing practices, follows merchandising guidelines, and accurately monitors inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and/or overstocking.
- Ensures the implementation of First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expiration, First Out, (FEFO) implementation methods.
- Ensures consistent and quality Daily Cycle Count.
- Submits inventory reports as needed.
- Ensures that all identified bad stocks are properly accounted for and disposed of in a timely and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures.
- Oversees inter-branch product transfers are executed properly according to the company policies and procedures.
- Guarantees that products scheduled for pick up are delivered and released within the standard time frame.
- Closely oversees the Wall-to-Wall count performed internally by Branch Operations and externally by Audit.
- Cash Management
- Ensures the proper handling and safekeeping of cash collections and branch funds by cross checking the recorded collections in the system against the actual cash on hand.
- Oversees the proper utilization of all branch funds and ensures the timely liquidation of various funds, including the HCS revolving fund, utility fund, recruitment fund, sales fund, and change fund.
- Branch Management
- Monitors the efficient and proper utilization of branch expenses.
- Ensures the safety and security of the branch (i.e. CCTV, secured branch access, etc.)
- Ensures that all items in the Upkeep Governance checklist are fulfilled and in order, and implements 5S within the branch.
- Ensures that all branch facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.
- Ensures the proper filing and safekeeping of branch documents.
- Resolves branch issues and concerns within the Happy Customer capacity.
- Escalates complex or recurring issues to the immediate superior when necessary.
- Systems Management
- Registers newly recruited dealer’s details in the system (i.e., Branch Management System (BMS).
- Repeat Purchase Order (RPO)
- Collaborates with Happy Customer Retention (HCR) for the list of paying dealers.
- Conducts RPO Heart-to-Heart (H2H) calls to drive more sales.
- Takes charge of failed H2H calls performed by the Invoicing Clerk (IC).
- Monitors and drives the RPO performance of the entire branch.
- Dealer Management
- Orients dealers regarding new policies and guidelines of the company.
- Ensures that dealers are well aware of the Dealer Code of Ethics, Terms & Conditions, and Floor Price policies and subsequent changes to these.
- Reinforces dealer experience standards, covering product quality, service quality including the service flow and speed, and 5S in the workplace.
- Ensures the timely release of dealer prizes.
- Leadership and Management
- Manages, trains, and supervises branch staff.
- Sets goals and objectives for the branch team.
- Manages employee movements and required documentation.
- Manages employee performance, conducts performance check-ins regularly,and provides timely feedback.
- Fosters a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensures team members comply with the company policies and procedures and participates in company-initiated events and employee engagement activities.
- Addresses and resolves employee issues and concerns (e.g. performance,behavior, etc.)
- Other tasks
- Cofacilitates mission calls focusing on overall branch operations.
- Receives calls from dealers regarding orders, promo inquiries, product availability, concerns, and complaints.
- Performs relieving functions related to branch operations as needed.
- Coordinates with other units as the representative of the branch and provides data and information as requested.
- Represents the company for dispute settlement meetings (e.g. small claims at barangay level).
- Performs other branch operations tasks and/ or activities as needed.
