General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Preferably with more than one year of relevant industry experience
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform duties effectively
- Familiar with TESDA Training Regulations (TRs) and TVET curriculum
- Experience in curriculum design and instructional delivery
- Completed relevant and accredited trainings or seminars in the area of specialization
Housekeeping Instructor
- TESDA NC II or higher in Housekeeping
- TM II (Trainer’s Methodology II) or equivalent
- TESDA NC II or higher in Bartending
- NTTC Level I
- Completed accredited bar service trainings/seminars
- TESDA NC II or higher in Bread and Pastry Production
- TM II (Trainer’s Methodology II) or equivalent
- Attended specialized trainings in pastry and bakery production
