Operations Staff provide assistance to his/ her supervisor by checking the transactions for officer’s approval.

Main Responsibilities

  • Performs GL-SL balancing of managed account. Updates or uploads SLs to support GL regularly.
  • Monitors tempo and other managed GL account and escalates to concerned unit for proper and timely resolution.
  • Prepares management and regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Checks accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries prior to submission within the given cut-off. Reviews documents, proof sheets and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complies with the existing Bank policies and control procedures and performs other task for the accomplishment of Department’s goal.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
  • Accounting graduate is an advantage
  • Adept in the needed MS Office systems
  • Willing to be assigned in Intramuros
