Operations Specialist (Australia Shift)

What you will be doing:

• Creation and interpretation of timesheets from internal and external systems and files
• Creation of invoices and distribution to clients, uploading to external client portals and invoice reporting
• Interpretation of timesheet in accordance with Australian Awards and EBA’s
• Customer queries and worker enquiries
• Maintenance of systems and other internal records to ensure alignment with data from clients
• Generation of required reports for management and client per agreed deadlines
• Analysis, Improvement, and Documentation of all processes managed
• Ad-hoc data analysis, and reporting as requested

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Financial Management/Banking or equivalent
• Preferable 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
• Ability to learn computer systems quickly
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in working in an outsourcing environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
