Supervisor, Operations Reporting
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist with advanced expertise in Power BI and KPI reporting using Excel. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making across the cable and telco vertical.

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist with advanced expertise in Power BI and KPI reporting using Excel. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making across the cable and telco vertical.
In This Role You Will
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
- Create and maintain KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
- Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including:
- KPI dashboards
- Pivot tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Conditional formatting
- Advanced formulas and macros
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
- Certification in Power BI or Excel is a plus.
