  • Design and execute sales development strategies that drive qualified leads, generate sales, and build opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategy to increase sales conversion and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Leverage CRM tools to monitor pipeline health, segment leads, spot conversion trends, and maintain data hygiene.
  • Develop and optimize lead scoring models, sales cadences, and outreach workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Train, lead, and support SDR/BDR teams on CRM usage, data hygiene, and best practices for lead qualification.
  • Work cross‑functionally to improve customer acquisition strategies and nurture workflows.
  • Lead fieldwork when necessary: meet clients, engage with prospects in person, represent the company externally.
  • Report regularly on key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, campaign ROI, and overall sales results.
  • Create strategies to increase sales, including team structuring, incentive design, field vs inside sales balance etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4‑6 years experience in sales, preferably in agency‑based services, recruitment, language services, or other related B2B industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive sales environments.
  • Results‑driven mindset: clear focus on generating sales and improving conversion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of pitching services to diverse client types such as corporate clients.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and capable of working independently while contributing to team success.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
  • Experience leading a team, supervising fieldwork, and creating sales strategies to drive growth.
