Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager/Director to join our team in Taguig, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of driving success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As the Operations Manager/Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze operational performance and make recommendations for improvement - Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to supply chain, logistics, and customer service - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures - Identify areas for cost-saving and process improvement - Manage and develop a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors - Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management

Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a global organization

• Knowledgeable in Worker Compensation
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of implementing operational strategies and driving success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
