As a Operations Manager, You Will
Non-negotiables
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operational staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- Resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and best practices.
Non-negotiables
- Deep understanding of the BPO industry
- Must have the ability to develop team leaders to be critical thinkers in all of their interactions with the customers or colleagues
- Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Strong command in English communication both oral and written
- Open communication between staff while maintaining professional conduct
- Experience in handling an Australian campaign
- At least 3 years as an Operations Manager
