Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a diagnostics company based in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Medical Technologist (RMT) with solid experience in diagnostics operations and team leadership. This role ensures efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, high-quality service delivery, and overall business performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the diagnostics facility, including administration, staffing, and scheduling
• Supervise a team and ensuring alignment and operational efficiency
• Analyze patient traffic and testing volumes to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with DOH, LGU, and internal protocols across all service areas
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management
• Lead resolution of service issues and operational escalations
• Oversee daily cash handling, reconciliations, and coordination with the accounts team
• Drive implementation of system improvements and operational reporting tools (MIS, KPIs, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to support value-added services and drive business targets
• Monitor diagnostics trends and support strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
  
  

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Licensed Medical Technologist (RMT)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a diagnostics or laboratory operations environment
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a regulated setting
• Strong understanding of diagnostic procedures, compliance standards, and service workflows
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Tech-savvy and experienced in handling reports, data analysis, and operational planning
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of leading in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting
